The Kobi Electric LED R40 lamp is a replacement for incandescent BR40 lamps. The lamp casts a wide beam or flood that evenly distributes below it. It is designed for use in directional applications, particularly for large recessed ceiling cans. The R40 is available in three color temperatures and multiple lumen, or brightness levels. The aluminum construction dissipates heat and keeps the LEDs working for years. Even if the body of this bulb is seen, its white finish will blend seamlessly into any décor. The R40 is also available in multi-voltage.

Directional Down Lighting

The LED R40 is a directional lamp intended for downlighting. Using this bulb in downlighting applications is far more efficient than a traditional or omnidirectional lamp shape. Directional lamps, like the LED R40, will ensure all light produced casts in the proper direction.
